A personalised mug shop handles a little more than most stores: names of the people you love, dates that matter to you and sometimes photos of your family or pets. We treat those with care, use them only to make your order, and delete photos 30 days after delivery.

\nFor photo mugs, pet portrait mugs, the heat-reveal mug, the photo travel mug and the pet photo tumbler, you reply to your order confirmation email with a picture. That picture may show you, your family, friends or pets. We use it only to print your order and to answer your questions about it.
\nWhen you email us, we keep the message and our reply so we can help you and keep a record of what was agreed, for example a confirmed change to the spelling of a name.
\nPayments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Mug Mellow does not receive or store full card numbers. We receive a confirmation that payment was approved, the amount, and a reference or partial details that help us match refunds and answer questions.

The 30-day photo period gives time for a return or a print question after delivery. After that, the photo is deleted from our order files and mailbox copies used for the order.
