Holiday mugs mark the days people remember: a first Christmas together with both names and the year, a two-tone family Christmas mug, a couple photo mug for Valentine’s Day, a mama mug with the children’s names for Mother’s Day and a little cocoa mug for the youngest at the table.
Add names, the year or the date in the Order notes box at checkout. For photo designs, reply to your order email with the photo. Because holiday dates do not move, order early: processing takes 1-3 business days and free delivery to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand takes an estimated 7-14 business days.
Carriers get busy before big holidays, and transit times are estimates rather than promises. Track your parcel from the Order Tracking page. If a holiday gift misses the mark, the 60-day return window and the free return label apply as usual. Gift wrap is not offered, so each mug arrives in its protective shipping box, ready for your own paper and ribbon.
