Some mornings deserve a familiar face. Photo mugs carry one wide picture, a three-photo collage, a pet portrait or a couple’s photo with names and a date. They are the kind of gift that ends up on a desk for years because it holds a small piece of someone’s life.
Sending your photo: place the order with any names or dates written in the Order notes box at checkout, then reply to your order confirmation email with the photo attached. Clear, bright, front-facing photos print best; a picture taken in daylight on a phone camera is usually enough. Please send the original file rather than a screenshot. We keep customer photos only for the order and delete them 30 days after delivery, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The heat-reveal mug starts dark and shows the photo as hot coffee goes in; it is hand wash only. Ceramic photo mugs come in 11 oz or 15 oz. Every order is processed in 1-3 business days, ships from the USA and travels free to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. See the FAQs for photo tips.
