This is the heart of the shelf: ceramic mugs that carry a name, a photo, a date or a short line that only your people will understand. Every mug here comes in a size you can picture at the kettle, usually 11 oz for a classic cup of coffee or tea and 15 oz for the slow, refill-free morning. Two-tone styles add a coloured handle and inside, and the specialty shelf holds latte, glass and heat-reveal mugs.
Personalising is simple. Pick the design and size on the product page, add it to your cart, then type the name, date or note exactly as you want it printed in the Order notes box at checkout. For a photo mug, reply to your order confirmation email with the picture. We print what you write, so check spelling and capital letters before you place the order; changes are possible within 24 hours.
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and ship from the USA, with free delivery to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand in about 7-14 business days. If a mug is not right, you have 60 days to return it with a free return label. Read the Shipping & Delivery page or browse the FAQs for care tips and timing before a birthday or holiday.
