This page is a map of Mug Mellow. The list above shows every public page and every shelf that currently has mugs on it. Below it, you will find a plain guide to how the shop is arranged, what each help and policy page is for, and the quickest route to the things people most often come looking for. If something you need is not here, email support@mugmellow.shop and we will point you to it; replies arrive within 24 hours on business days.

1. How the shop is arranged

Mug Mellow is a mug shop first. Ceramic mugs make up most of the range, and they sit on one main shelf with four smaller shelves inside it. Travel mugs, tumblers and kids cups have shelves of their own. On top of that, four “gifts for” shelves gather the same products by the person they suit, so you can start from the shape you want or from the person you are buying for. A product can appear on more than one shelf: a Mama mug with the children’s names is on Name Mugs, For Family and Holiday Mugs at the same time.

Every product page works the same way. You choose the options shown, such as size, colour or birth month, then add the item to your cart. Personalisation does not happen on the product page; you type names and dates in the Order notes box at checkout, and for photo designs you reply to your order confirmation email with the picture.

3. Travel mugs, tumblers and kids cups

The Travel Mugs shelf holds double-wall stainless mugs with lids for the commute: a mug-shaped 14 oz travel mug with a handle, a slim 16 oz commuter mug, a 15 oz photo travel mug and a Dad’s coffee mug with the children’s names. The Tumblers shelf has insulated cups with lids and straws: a skinny 20 oz name tumbler, a 40 oz handle tumbler, and pet photo and teacher tumblers in 20 oz or 30 oz. The Kids Cups shelf brings together a 12 oz straw cup, a 20 oz handle tumbler, a 16 oz push-button bottle and an 8 oz ceramic cocoa mug.

• For Family: family name lists, grandparent mugs, collages, Mr & Mrs sets, Mama mugs and Dad’s travel mug.
• For Pet People: pet portraits, two-tone pet name mugs, breed illustrations and a pet photo tumbler.
• Work & Job Gifts: teacher, nurse, coworker and retirement mugs, a teacher tumbler and a commuter travel mug.
• Holiday Mugs: Christmas family mugs, first Christmas together, couple photo mugs, Mother’s Day mugs and a kids cocoa mug.

The About Us page explains what Mug Mellow sells, how personalising works and what we promise every customer. The Privacy Policy sets out what information we collect, how we use your order notes and photos, and how long we keep them. The Terms of Service are the rules of buying from us, including that Massachusetts law governs them. The Intellectual Property Policy covers our designs, what we cannot print and how to raise a rights concern, and the DMCA page explains how to send a copyright notice.

7. Quick routes to common tasks

“I want to buy a mug with a name on it”

Start on Name Mugs, open a design, choose 11 oz or 15 oz, add it to your cart and type the name in Order notes at checkout. If the name is long, the Size Guide explains why 15 oz gives the print more room.

“I want a mug with a photo”

Go to Photo Mugs, choose the layout, order, then reply to your confirmation email with the photo. The FAQs include photo tips.

“I made a typo”

Email us within 24 hours of ordering with the corrected text in full. The rules are on Cancel or Change an Order.

“Where is my parcel?”

Use Order Tracking. Processing takes 1-3 business days and transit about 7-14 business days.

“I want to send it back”

Email us for a free return label within 60 days. Read Returns & Exchanges; refunds follow within 7 days of your return reaching us.

“I am buying for a whole class or family”

List each person’s text in Order notes in the same order as your cart, or email us first for a larger group. The Help Center has a section on group orders.

8. Every product, one line each

If you already know roughly what you want, this list takes you straight to it. Each product name opens its page, where you choose the options; the short line says what makes it different from its neighbours on the shelf.

• Handwritten Script Name Mug: A white ceramic mug with one name written in a loose, flowing script. 11 oz or 15 oz.
• Big Initial Monogram Mug with Name: One large serif initial with the full name set small beneath it. A tidy, classic desk mug.
• Family Names List Coffee Mug: Up to eight family names stacked in a clean list, with a small heart at the end. For the person who holds everyone together.
• Grandma's Little Ones Name Mug: A grandma or grandpa mug with every grandchild’s name drawn inside small hearts.
• Mr & Mrs Matching Mug Set of Two: Two matching mugs, one for each of you, with your surname and the year you married.
• Birth Month Flower Name Mug: A fine-line birth flower for each month, drawn beside a first name. Pick the month; type the name in Order notes.
• Custom Photo Wrap Mug: One favourite photo printed edge to edge around the mug. Send the picture by replying to your order email.
• Three-Photo Collage Mug: Three photos in rounded frames across the mug, with an optional line of text below.
• Pet Portrait Photo Mug: Your pet’s photo, cut out and set inside a soft circle with their name underneath.
• Heat-Reveal Photo Mug, 11 oz: A matte black mug that slowly reveals your photo as a hot drink goes in. Hand wash only.
• Couple Photo Mug with Names & Date: Your photo together, both first names and the date that matters, printed on a white mug.
• Two-Tone Name Mug with Colour Handle: A white mug with a coloured handle and inside, and one name printed in a matching shade.
• Dog Mom & Cat Dad Two-Tone Mug: A two-tone mug that says Dog Mom, Cat Dad or any pet title, with your pets’ names and little paw prints.
• Teacher Apple Two-Tone Name Mug: A small drawn apple, the teacher’s name and their grade or subject, on a two-tone mug.
• Christmas Family Name Two-Tone Mug: A festive two-tone mug with your family name, a sprig of pine and the year your family began.
• Enamel Camp Mug with Name, 12 oz: A white enamel-coated steel camp mug with a rolled rim and your name printed on the front.
• Monogram Latte Mug, 12 oz: A wide, tulip-shaped latte mug with a three-letter monogram in fine serif type.
• Glass Can Cup with Name, Bamboo Lid & Straw: A 16 oz clear glass can with a bamboo lid, a straw and your name in white print. Made for iced coffee.
• Frosted Glass Mug with Name, 16 oz: A frosted glass mug with a thick handle and a name or nickname printed in dark ink. For cold drinks.
• Nurse Name Mug, Coffee & Care: A nurse mug with a small stethoscope heart, the nurse’s name and their credentials.
• Coworker Desk Mug with Name & Job Title: A minimalist office mug with a name and job title, set like a business card.

Tumblers

• 40 oz Handle Tumbler with Name: A big 40 oz insulated tumbler with a handle, a straw lid and a name near the rim.
• Pet Photo Tumbler, 20 oz or 30 oz: An insulated tumbler with your pet’s photo and name, in 20 oz or 30 oz. For walks and car rides.
• Teacher Name Tumbler, 20 oz or 30 oz: A tumbler with pencils, a teacher’s name and their class line. Lid and straw included.

Kids cups

• Kids Straw Cup with Lid & Name, 12 oz: A 12 oz stainless kids cup with a lid, a soft straw and their name in big friendly letters.
• Kids Handle Tumbler with Name, 20 oz: A 20 oz kids tumbler with a handle, a locking straw lid and a name with little stars.
• Kids Push-Button Water Bottle with Name, 16 oz: A 16 oz kids water bottle with a push-button flip spout, a carry loop and their name.
• Kids Ceramic Cocoa Mug with Name, 8 oz: A small 8 oz ceramic mug for hot chocolate, with a child’s name and a little marshmallow cloud.

9. Using the site on a phone

On a small screen, the main menu sits behind the three-line icon at the top left. Tap it to see the shelves, the “Gifts for” groups and the help pages. The cart icon at the top right shows how many items you have. Every footer link on a desktop is also at the bottom of each page on a phone, so policies are always one scroll away. The search box finds products by name, so typing “teacher”, “pet” or “tumbler” is often the fastest way in.

10. When pages change

Shelves fill up as new designs are added, and a shelf only appears in the list at the top of this page once it has products on it. Policy pages show a “Last updated” date at the top, so you can see when the rules were last revised. If a link on this page ever leads nowhere, please tell us at support@mugmellow.shop so we can fix it.
